Face scrubs are an important part to any skin care routine. Through out the day dead skin cells build up and can block pores and cause breakouts. Face scrubs remove this layer of dead skin. This product will leave smooth, soft, clear skin. Not all of these skin care products are created equal though. You can not just purchase any product and have great results.

If you do not have breakouts and oily skin then you are going to want to stay away from any product that says it is acne controlling. Face scrubs in general can strip a lot of oil and moisture from your skin. This can be a bad thing for people with dry skin. Micro beads are a great type of face scrubs. There are also a few that use all natural ingredients that are gentle enough on your skin to make sure that you do not have a bad reaction to them.

When you first start to use your face scrub in your skin care routine, you will want to only use it once a week. It is important to see how your skin reacts to the new product that you have purchased. Do this for a couple of weeks. When you are sure that your skin can handle face scrubs, you can up your usage to twice a week. You do not have to do this if you do not feel that it is in the best interest of your skin.

Another good idea is to use your face scrub first before you use your face cleanser. After you have removed the dead skin from your face, you can use your face cleanser to clean your face. This will help to remove any leftover dead skin as well as any of the face scrub.
