There are people out there that make this look like a legitimate business opportunity. They will tell you that you will be there presence in this country to make the payments to move products or to pay for advertising. Unfortunately, this is never a real position and can end up costing you hundreds of dollars.

Research and data entry job that you are offered. Many people are just so happy to be offered a position, they do not look further into the company that they may be working for. You can start by searching for the company's name to see what has been written about them. Go into work at home forums and ask if anyone else has worked for them. You are going to be seeing if anyone has been paid by them and what type of support that they give employees.

Step Four

Never pay for a job. Another data entry scam to avoid is to pay for a job. You may be told that you need to pay for training material or something else and that you will make back that money and more when you start working. You will probably never see the money that you put out to "get started" with this company. Employees do not invest money to make money, business owners do. Remember this to steer clear of data entry scams.
